Highlights Of Our Basic Warranty Procedures

This is a brief summation of our warranty procedures. For a complete publication, please consult your Service Rate Schedule and Policies Manual.
Please keep in mind that we must have the following information before we can process your claims:
1) Model and serial numbers of the air conditioner that
was repaired
2) Date of purchase
3) Date the service was performed
4) The defective part(s) returned (compressors,
thermostats, printed circuit boards, and motors)
5) The customer's name and address
6) A detailed description of the service work performed
7) Please mail your claim. Faxed copies will not be
accepted

If you believe it necessary to replace an air conditioner under warranty, you MUST call our Service Department at
316-832-4357 for pre-approval. Air conditioners replaced without prior approval will be denied.
